Thanks for sticking around and checking out my blog and coaching biz! I am so incredibly honored to have you here!
My name is HaileyLynn and I am a life coach, author, daughter of God, and forever life learner.
I created Dare To Date Your Soul to help women create a life they are proud to live and where they can find resources to live a life with purpose!
I look at my life and I cannot believe I am here, doing what I love and reaching so many beautiful people in the process! My life hasn't always been this happy. I used to struggle with depression and chronic anxiety in college and even into adulthood.
Have you struggled with stress, worry, anxiety, or feeling like you were made for more?
You are not alone!
I know how stressful life can be. I played tennis for 12 years and 4 out of those years I competed as a Division 1 athlete. The stress to perform, win, and not show my emotions was something I was really good at on the court. Unfortunately, this mindset started to spill into other parts of my life.
I became a chronic people pleaser, over worrier, and Olympic medalist at stress. I balanced my inside chaos with my outside social mask of "Everything is fine" and "Sure I can do that" when inside I was screaming to stop committing to events and people who didn't commit to me. I was masking how I felt, afraid to show weakness. I spent my years in college stressed, burnt out, and wondering, "Is this it? Is this all there is to life?".
Thankfully, I figured out that this is not in fact a way to live and I have the ability to change my life. I started prioritizing my mental health and committed to a self-care routine. I learned that life does not have to be lived in stress.
I started this blog in 2016, I went back to school to earn my certificate in Health and Life Coaching and I am currently in my Master's for Clinical Mental Health Counseling to become a Licensed Professional Counselor.
I am committed to helping you and others live their best life today.
As someone who has been where you are, let me tell you, you have way more power over your life than you think.
This is why I have made it my mission in my life to help women like myself who feel that they are not living according to their own goals and passions.
